Exchanges & Returns

We accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or order confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items listed “as is” (such as tarnished, scratched, or otherwise noted) are not eligible for refunds.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is:

1. Return the item you have

2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
